This enchanting Manhattan Beach Project is not your average white beach house! It was designed to showcase an eclectic mix of modern art and exciting interior features for the customer’s family.

A series of modern tiled fireplaces were created to be the centre piece of the entertaining room and master bedroom. The kitchen fireplace is mounted off the wall with recessed vertical LED lighting details to look like the fireplace floats off the wall on a beam of light.

Panelled feature walls in the guest bedroom , dining room and master bathroom all painted in matching colours to the walls create texture and dramatic shadow which has the opposing effect of an illuminated detail.

Statement pieces such as the bar counter and matching DJ booth define how the interior spaces are used.

A fibre optic chandelier is the real hero of the hallway once the day light drops and the house can reveal itself as a beautiful grown up entertainment space. But looks equally interesting in the daylight, owning the large void above your head as you enter the property.

Sumptuous materials have been used throughout in vibrant but non clashing colours to ensure this is a home to remember and excite. With an intelligent digital lighting control system, the property is fit for modern family life in the 21st Century.
